On December 15th, I purchased and ate Chicken McNuggets with sauces and a Big Mac with three diet cokes for their Kerwin Frost Box offer. Within an hour or two, My family was on the toilet with diarrhea and vomiting at the same time and had chills. Two days later, Two of my family members are feeling a little better with chills off and on. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills

On december 14 2023 I got chicken Mc nuggets and fries for my 2 years old son around 7:00pm within hours he had diarrhea and vomit ..
