Me and my girlfriends mum both had a mcflurry from spalding mcdonald’s, i have never been properly sick before but through the night i had vomited about 15 times. Mmy girlfriends mum was also sick around 15 times, the sick was coming out my nose and i also had diarrhoea. I didn’t buy the mcflurrys as out mate was in mcdonald’s and bought it for us but we still have the receipt. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
