Ate a big Mac from this McDonalds and almost immediately felt nauseous. Later that night about 7 hours later I was vomiting. The big Mac was the last thing I had to eat and I could taste every ingredient in that big Mac churning in my stomach before throwing up. Be a long time before I eat one again. | Symptoms: Vomiting
