Yesterday I bought a Big Mac for myself and my wife and a McNuggets for my son.
My wife and I became unwell, nauseated and had an extremely full belly, then the diarrhea and vomiting started. Good thing my 3-year-old son wasn't sick. Probably the problem was with some item from the Big Mac. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
