Big Mac Meal: Severe Reaction - McDonald's, Newton Massachusetts

After eating a Big Mac meal, I started having severe stomach cramps and intense pain within 30 minutes. I got diarrhea and urgently needed to find a bathroom. I was driving, and the nearest public restroom was 10 minutes away. I became dizzy and started sweating. My stomach is still really bad; I'm vomiting, dizzy, and still have diarrhea.
