Nuggets Trigger Severe Symptoms - McDonald's, Zagreb Grad Zagreb

I've eaten chicken nuggets yesterday evening. First I've felt like I need to vomit and as I got home, I immediatly started throwing up. I was vomiting and had horrible diahrrea the entire night and in the morning. Every sip of water I've vomited. Now I feel weak, barrely eaten anything and I'm drinking active coal to feel better. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
