Yesterday I would like to report a possible food poisoning. I ordered Chicken McNuggets and Chicken Wings at McDonald's on Kantstraße in Berlin yesterday afternoon. Shortly after, I had mild stomach pain, which was still within limits. Around 3:30 AM at night, severe vomiting began, later also diarrhea and severe nausea. Since then I have had to vomit very frequently, about 12 times alternating with diarrhea, and cannot keep any fluids down. No
