Suspected Fast Food Illness - McDonald's, Böblingen Baden-Württemberg

This is just a suspicion and not an established diagnosis! Order from there regularly and had hardly any problems otherwise. But from the age of 20 I have symptoms of diarrhea (the most severe today). These symptoms started a few hours later after consumption, so I'm guessing McDonald's. In the evening I repeatedly had a kind of feeling of illness, but it went away the next morning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
