Had mcds for lunch around 3pm and a few hours later by 7 or 8 I began feeling very nauseated with lots of indigestion. By 1:30 am it was a sh!t show of vomiting and diarrhea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
