Ordered in afternoon on May 15th, 2026 at around 2pm a mcdouble combo with small fries and iced tea and an Oreo mcflurry my son got extremely sick with severe diarrhea that night and by the following morning woke up with extreme diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, chills, headache, cramping, stomach pain exhaustion dehydration, that lasted 3-4 days now. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Dehydration
