Drive-Thru Meal Illness - McDonald's, Saint-Vallier Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes

with my husband we were visiting Saint Vallier on Monday May 27, 2024. We ordered at the drive and ate our menu outside. So far no problem. But on the way home, we both had abdominal pain, followed by diarrhea and the next day vomiting + diarrhea + fever + aches. Assessment: impossible to go to work since Tuesday and this afternoon, doctor's appointment because of persistent abdominal pain + intense fatigue.
