McChicken, On Nov 1st 2022, at around 8pm I went here. I ordered a McChicken. After eating the McChicken I drove home , when i began feeling nauseas. I did not sleep well that night my stomach was making horrible noises and I began using the restroom all through the night. All day Nov 2nd 2022 my stomach was horrible, I had diarrhea the whole day up to Nov 3rd when I believe I flushed out everything in my stomach. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
