On September 10, my daughter, accompanied by her friends, went for dinner at MacDonald in Boulou. During the night, everyone is sick, the same symptoms as my daughter who has a temperature of over 38, vomiting and diarrhea! My daughter called McDonald's to let them know that she and all of these friends are ill. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
