Ordered a Big-Mac, and Double Quarter Pounder meal for lunch at about noon. Had a sudden urge to defecate at 7pm while leaving work. Had full diarrhea twice in 20 minutes, and 3 more times on the way home (within 40 minutes). Went to the bathroom every hour for the next 30 hours, and vomited twice that night. Obviously missed the shift i had Friday. Still having occasional diarrhea, but now able to finally eat some solid foods. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
