I picked up something to eat at the train station at McDonald's in Leipzig, I immediately felt sick after eating, three hours later I started to have stomach ache, went out for fresh air and got flatulence, I had to run to the toilet because everything just came out, I still feel bad | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Flatulence, Stomach Pain
