Food Safety Report - McDonald's, Lytham Saint Annes England

7 years ago reported by user-njwq6535 business

McDonald's, Lidun Park Industrial Estate, lidun park industrail estate, Boundary Road, Lytham, UK

Boundary Road, Lytham Saint Annes, FY8 5HU England, United Kingdom

I had the signature collection, the bbq on a Monday, Wednesday morning awoke to flu like symptoms which gradually turned nasty through the day. Home, bed then vomiting and diarrhoea for a week. Ended up being admitted into hospital as my kidneys had failed due to dehydration (I was constantly drinking but it was coming out faster than I could put it in). I was in isolation ward for 5 days before being sent home to continue my recovery. Through tests, it was confirmed that I had Campylobacter Gastroenteritis. I now have a slow road to recovery to look forward to. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration
