I also had a crispy chicken sandwich!!! But I had it last night I’m from AZ. Today I have very bad diarrhea and I even got a fever

Same. I had a spicy chicken sandwich Sunday in Orlando Florida. Still fell nauseous. I had fever and severe diarrhea.
