Severe Nuggets Reaction, ER Visit - McDonald's, Lolo Montana

Started getting stomach cramps right after eating chicken mcnuggets & strawberry smoothie at Lolo MT location. SEVERE cramping, vomiting & diarrhea. Chills and fever. After 8 hours I was extremely dehydrated and advice nurse said to go to ER immediately. Waited 2+ hours to be treated. It was horrible, so much stomach pain. They said it was classic food poisoning and gave me an IV to rehydrate, Morphine, lidocaine, ondanstron and something to numb & coat the stomach. They also took blood for testing and we are awaiting results. Got sick at 12:15 lunchtime, left for ER at 8:30PM, and didn't get home from ER till after 1AM. So weak! Selpt for 2 days in between running to bathroom & trying to stay hydrated. No more vomiting, but still had nasea after returning for ER. Reported incident to McDonalds. Said they were "sorry" & that no one else had reported being sick. Did NOT take my information or make any kind of report. Very poor follow up.
