Big Mac Meal Illness - McDonald's, Minden Nordrhein-Westfalen

I ate at McDonald's again a long time ago and thought everything was fine.
I had a big mac and fries and a small milkshake.
After half an hour, nausea sets in and shortly thereafter unbearable stomach pain as if a knife were being stabbed into it. Diarrhea and vomiting followed shortly thereafter.
