My grandchildren always eating at McDonald's.And they eats the mighty meal,and they ate the mcdouble mighty meal.Around 6:19,pm.Around 12:30pm.the babies were complaining about their stomach was hurting them.And they said they felt like they have to throw up.And needed to go to the bathroom.They feel sick.So I took them to the dr.the next day.And the dr.said it was food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
