I got sick last week eating McDonald’s. I originally thought it was something else from another restaurant but my husband and I had McDonald’s last night and today we are back to being sick again! Something is definitely going on with their food because there was two separate McDonald’s but both same outcome! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
