Went to mcdonalds and ordered a cold mocha today. Ive been dizzy ever since (its been 6 hours) also felt like throwing up. I threw up a little bit of the ingredients from the drink. It didnt even taste good. Tasted like chemicals. I had to leave work. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
