I'm 32 weeks pregnant, I ordered a ten piece chicken nugget meal ate 6 nuggets and threw the rest out haven't ate anything after. Started to feel sick about and hour after, throwing up yellow puke that smells like rotten eggs and have diarriah with dizzieness. Now I'm on my way to the hospital for further examination specially for the fact I'm pregnant. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness
