Quarter Pounder Illness - McDonald's, Maple Valley Washington

7 years ago reported by user-zhzt2463 business

McDonald's, Maple Valley Highway, Maple Valley, WA, USA

23225 Maple Valley Highway, Maple Valley, 98038 Washington, United States

I got a Quarter Pounder at McDonalds at about 300pm on Tuesday November 30th. After about an hour I felt as if I had an upset stomach within 2 hours I was starting to vomit. I went to the ER the next morning at 600am. They had to give me fluids due to the dehydration that was caused by the constant continual vomiting. That was the only meal that I had that day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
