I got a Quarter Pounder at McDonalds at about 300pm on Tuesday November 30th. After about an hour I felt as if I had an upset stomach within 2 hours I was starting to vomit. I went to the ER the next morning at 600am. They had to give me fluids due to the dehydration that was caused by the constant continual vomiting.
