Me and my family went to McDonald's and from the evening me and my mother and my brother vomited, the next day my father vomited too and we are not all sick, We ate, 4 out of 5 people got sick the symptoms appeared between 2 and 4 am for 3 of us and 12 pm for the last one. We tried to eat again this morning but it makes us vomit. However, water and herbal teas are fine | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
