I ate a big mac at 21:30 and went to bed soon after, I then woke up at 4:30 feeling so I'll and not able to move. By morning I had thrown up and was constant throughout the day I was getting hot and cold, had diarrhea and a bad headache all day, I had thrown up about 10 times that day | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
