We ordered a Mac menu today on 27.03.2024, plus chicken nuggets and an Oreo ice cream! About 3 hours later we were all nauseous and then the vomiting never came again we never eat at McDonald's again!!!!! That was just too noticeable when we ate there from time to time it was always the same nausea with vomiting that can't be a coincidence!!!!! | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
