My friend and I were at McDonald's on Saturday 11pm. I had curly fries and chicken nuggets. The next morning I felt really sick but had diarrhea at first, 5 minutes later I had to break and 4 times a day I had fever body aches, chills and headaches. Where everything came out I wouldn't have to break at all that day, so it can't be a gastrointestinal virus, but food poisoning. To be on the safe side, I also went to the doctor today on Tuesday and my doctor told me the same thing food poisoning | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Chills, Body Ache
