Yesterday we picked up 3 double packs of menus at McDonald's. The food was a bit too salty, well, it wasn't so bad when I was so hungry. After eating, we 4 got stomach pains. This stomach pain has been going on for 2 days now. One girlfriend has had diarrhea, the other has the same stomach ache, and the other girlfriend has even vomited. If it doesn't get better by tomorrow, then we'll go to the doctor and sue McDonald's! | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
