This is the 3rd time my sons eats there chicken nuggets and get really sick. Yesterday we went 12/20/2017. That was his only meal all day after that he didn’t want to eat anything and about 1:00 am he started having fever, chills and vomiting and it’s been non stop. Same thing happened about 3 weeks ago but I thought maybe it was something else and then about 7 weeks ago he had the same thing and got extremely sick. So this is the third time he eats chicken nuggets and last I will never take my son to another McDonald’s ever. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
