Well I woke up and went to a mc Donalds on US1 in Miami Florida and I ordered a McChicken that's the only thing I ate that day as soon as I got home within an hour or two I had straight diarrhea and really bad stomach pains that comes and goes every 5 to 10 minutes I get a stomach pain it really really hurts as if it were a contraction and no I am not pregnant that McChicken was the only thing I ate that day today's the second day and it has not stopped. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
