My 2 boys had the meal for 2 last night and both are vomiting and have diarrhea this morning. The rest of the household are fine so it was definitely the big Mack’s, they both said they tasted weird. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
