My daughter and I each had an egg and sausage mcmuffin around 10am. Around 6 I started having stomach cramps, 9pm I felt nauseated and around 1030 started having moderate to sev diaharrea. Brushed my teeth as usual and projectile vomited for 3 minutes. My daughter has been vomiting sporadically since she woke up from a nap around 9pm until now 2am. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
