Several orders were placed after 25/05/2023 and my spouse and I have diarrhea from McDonald's usually everything is fine but after each McDonald's diarrhea is accompanied by heartburn or stomach cramps. Not to mention all the incompetencies of the restaurant, some unpleasant managers and the lack of products in the orders, the restaurant is not clean. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
