McSpicy Meal Illness - McDonald's, England

Went and got some food on our way home with my boyfriend and his son around 5:20 in the evening. I ordered a large mcspicy meal. The chicken was slightly tough but I thought nothing of it. Later that night I woke to extreme nausea, violent vomiting shakes, weakness and a fever that lasted well into the next day. My boyfriend’s son has also been experiencing some mild symptoms, mainly an upset tummy. Avoid at all costs. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Weakness, Shaking
