After 2 nightly mcdoubles, I had foul smelling regurgitation the next day. Then I'm at work and then diarrhea started followed by severe abdominal cramps. Had to stop service and went home. At home then full program. Watery diarrhea without end, passed several times and today after 2 days still stomach cramps. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
