On 20.9.2024, I didn't eat anything all day except at the branch at the airport. Between 17:00 and 17:30 I had a Bigmc menu with fries, Fanta and a cheeseburger.
Since 21.09.2024 this morning, I have nausea, diarrhea and vomiting. Since I haven't eaten anywhere else, it is very likely that I got it from my McDonald's visit to Munich Airport. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
