We were on our way to vacation, we decided to stop at MacDonalds in Prade, there were 3 of us and we each took different menus, the next day one person started feeling unwell and had a lot of diarrhea like a second person but was a little better after, the next night the first person only vomited and had diarrhea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
