I ate 10 pc Chicken McNuggets for dinner, by bedtime I couldn’t get to sleep because I had severe stomach cramps and severe chills. It was torture, and I didn’t know what was wrong. By one AM I threw up several times, but my chills didn’t stop until the morning. In the morning I got diarrhea, and my stomach is still cramping. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
