I was at McDonald's in downtown Osnabrück on Monday. Two days later, I had the worst stomach cramps of my life followed by diarrhea and vomiting. I couldn't eat or keep anything with me anymore.
Today is Sunday and I'm slowly getting better. Still, I'll never set foot in that disgusting shitshop again. Hopefully the health department will really clean it up there. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
