Food Safety Report: McDonald's, North Austin Avenue, Georgetown, TX, USA.

My 4 year old son and I went to get dinner at McDonalds on Saturday evening. He, of course, got his Happy Meal with chicken nuggets. I usually do not get anything but decided to get some nuggets myself. Well...long story short, I ended up with food poisoning. I was not able to get out of bed the following day and couldn't keep anything down the following 24 hours. I am finally back to 100% today but wanted to give a fair warning to everyone that it did happen and to steer clear.

I know its not great quality food but I didn't expect that reaction. I am just happy that my son did not get what I got. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
