I had ordered a big mac and i was about half way done eating it when i noticed it tasted like throw up half way through the patty I didn’t think anything of it and then 5 hours later. I started feeling really nauseous. I was up all night with nausea. then woke up and everything came up. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
