Chicken sandwich. I ate a chicken sandwich at around 1 PM. At about 7 p.m. I was nauseous started vomiting and I wan vomiting for like 7 days straight, I went to E.R. and spent 3 days in the hospital.10-23 | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea
