About 2 hours after I ate the McChicken I started having bad cramps. It started coming out both ends. Mainly throwing up. Im shaking & in pain. My mom called paramedics & they said I had food poisoning. Not feeling great at all. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Shaking
