Was in your restaurant last Wednesday on 9/28 I ate 10 piece nugget and a mcdouble at 1200pm several hours later I had severe Diarrhea stomach pains vomiting and chills. It has been almost 2 weeks and I still do not feel well . Please make sure proper food handling techniques are being conducted . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Chills
