Only had a Big Mac meal with a McFlurry as soon as I finished eating I felt sick straight away I have now been violently throwing up for three hours with the most painful cramps iv had in my life I feel dizzy and am sweating hot then cold I will never go there again | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness, Sweating
