I had a quarter pounder and something was not right. I think it may have been the onions. Within a few hours I had stomach pain, but discomfort started not long after eating. I started vomiting so severely many times over about 6 hours. Dry heaves, couldn't hold down even a little water. I was fine by the morning. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain
