I bought the mcpick 2 for 5 dollars and I ate the big mac and some chicken nuggets I waited an hour or 2 for the food to digest before I went to sleep then I went to sleep and I started feeling weird by stomach was getting tight and all of a sudden the vomit rushes quickly making me make a mess in the bathroom im never going to eat at McDonald's again | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
