I was running some errands with my nana, when she asked if I was hungry. We decided to stop by McDonald's around noon. About 4:00 I was feeling extremely nauseous and I went to the bathroom and that's when the vomiting started. It happened again at somewhere in the 9:00 hour, and again at 12:45 AM. This morning around 8:30 my mom woke me up for therapy when she noticed I felt warm. She ran down stairs and got the thermometer and shure enough, I had a 100.6 degree fever. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
