I had a 3 piece chicken selecta meal and a galaxy crumble mcflurry 2 hours ago and about 15 minutes ago I started to feel terribly nauseous. I’ve just vomited the whole meal up and I still feel dreadful. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
